Tjaldur Cottage

Tjaldur Cottage is named after the Eurasian Oystercatcher that lives in the valley in the summer. It was the first of the six  Múlafossur Cottages that were built in 2020-23. While the cottage is small and cosy it comfortably houses two people. As a guest you will have private access to the entire cottage. The final road leading up to the cottage is fairly rocky, but it is possible to reach your final destination by car - free parking spots are located outside the cottage.  

The upstairs loft contains 2 single beds and a living room, kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Be aware that you do need to climb a ladder/stairs to get upstairs as shown in photos. Included in the package deal are wifi, bed sheets, towels and kitchen and bathroom essentials. There is unfortunately not yet  a washer dryer on the premises.  

Please let us know if you are in need of a toddler's highchair and/or baby crib.

We request bookings of minimum two nights and there is a 729DKK cleaning fee on top of the total amount.
